I am at my best when I can understand the problem, contribute to decisions and work with people who value experiments over assumptions.
Remote by default, office with purpose
I have worked remotely since 2020. I enjoy meeting people in person, but presence should have a reason rather than satisfy a weekly quota.
Autonomy with visibility
I welcome pairing, stakeholder interest and regular communication. Trust and visibility can coexist without constant monitoring.
Short decision paths
I prefer collaborative teams where ideas can be discussed, challenged and acted on without decisions taking months.
Make uncertainty testable
Feature flags, limited rollouts, traffic splitting and experiments let teams learn without putting the whole system at risk.
Involved before implementation
I want to help frame the problem and evaluate options, not only receive a finished specification and write code.
